Crude oil prices are increasing Monday morning after a storm near Cuba led to evacuation from rigs and platforms in the Gulf of Mexico.
The tropical storm ”Fay” was about 200 kilometres southeast of Havanna last night and was expected to increase to a hurricane before reaching Florida August 19, according to the National Hurricane Center.
