The acquisition is expected to be immediately free cash flow positive, and earnings accretive once the 40MW Harrow project construction programme completes in 2010, International Power said.
Int. Power acquires Canadian wind developer for EUR 120m
International Power plc said it agreed to acquire Canada's AIM PowerGen Corporation (AIM) Renewable Energy Generation Limited for an enterprise value of 189 million Canadian dollars, or about 120 million euros.
