Thewind farms have a combined output of 62.9 megawatts and the acquisition meansthat the Mannheim, Germany-based energy group will double its wind powerelectricity production to 136 MW.
Theagreement involves 40 wind turbines, located in the German states of Nordrhein-Westfalen,Rheinland-Pfalz, Hessen, Thüringen and Sachsen-Anhalt.
